Ditched the regular hotel for a serviced apartment. Love that the place has a fully functional (not to mention sparkling new) kitchenette and a washer/dryer. The floor space is generous. When you are staying for almost 2 weeks, some days you just want to relax in the room. Location of the apartment is great. A few minutes walk to Aldgate East Station; and plenty of local buses. A few groceries are walking distance to fill up the fridge.

Just back from a one night stay here and I only wish I had been staying for longer as I absolutely loved it! The location is a great base for exploring London with Aldgate underground only a few minutes walk away. The reception staff couldn't be more friendly and welcoming and as you enter you are greeted by a beautiful scent. The room was fantastic. Super pretty decor in pastel shades and practical as you had everything you could need. If you were staying for longer it is ideal as you have a living room area with a comfy sofa and small table and chairs, a well equipped kitchen, the most comfortable bed and pillows and the shower was amazing, plus the toiletry products provided smelt incredible. I would highly recommend staying here and I will most definitely stay here again the next time I visit London. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Lovely open and spacious rooms, with all the amenities you would need (hairdryer, iron etc) as well as being very quiet/relaxed. Super close the tube station and central to lots of great restaurants etc There is a gym, workspace, cafe and sushi restaurant in the hotel as well as some classes certain days such as yoga.

My partner and I have just checked out from a 3 night stay (not our first time there) and had an incredible time. All of the staff made an incredible effort to make the extra touches. A special shoutout to our front desk photographer and the brilliant ladies at checkout! You all made it so special - thank you! Couldn’t recommend this more highly to those looking for a space away from home.

Very clean! They also extended our check out until 1pm for free. Friendly concierge and it was a short walk from the tube. Kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, tea/sugar/coffee/etc and a washer/dryer appliance. Lovely shower, with a big shower head and smaller mobile attachment as well as a pristine bath tub. Nice TVs that had local channels with chromecast ability, no netflix/apps. We stayed in the one bedroom, and it was fantastic. My friend took the room, and I chose to sleep on the couch, which was big enough to lay on comfortably. Nice view from the window. Such a lovely place compared to other spots we've dealt with in London.

While this is a great location for exploring London, there were a few things that were a bit off-putting for this hotel stay. The couch in the room comes with some stains, the kitchen vent does not seem to operate, the TV while advertising …

Really loved staying here. It felt like I had my own apartment in the city—everything was super convenient and I loved that all of the necessities like dish detergent, a broom, sponges etc were all provided. The staff especially was wonderful!
